Thanks to AirStop technology, the seams on the air pillows are not fused through all layers.
Only the insides of the film are joined together. The structure of the sturdy outer material remains unaffected.
The seams do not constitute a weak point which, in turn, guarantees the highest density and durability.
But the Airworks machines also benefit: they hardly have any parts subject to wear and are essentially maintenance-free.
Our 25 µ film can withstand a static load of approx. 150 kg. For your heavy products, we recommend the 40 µ film, which can withstand loads of approx. 300 kg.
